Perigon Perspective conducts aerial photography and videography operations using professional-grade Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). The Company clearly marks all aircraft with company identification and allows only duly certified and trained pilots to operate them.
Equipment Used
The equipment includes UAS such as the DJI Mini 4 Pro, DJI Air 3S, DJI Mavic 4 Pro, and DJI Avata 2.
Operational Compliance
Flight operations take place in various locations, depending on project and client requirements. Furthermore, the Company conducts all operations in full compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework governing unmanned aircraft operations.

The Company performs such activities within the scope of its lawful business operations. These purposes include, but are not limited to, project inspections, promotional productions, event coverage, creation of three-dimensional models, and mapping services.

Moreover, all recordings remain strictly limited to what is necessary for the intended purpose. The Company also conducts operations in a manner that does not unjustifiably infringe upon the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

Upon receipt of a relevant request, the Company proceeds without undue delay to the deletion or anonymization of the respective material.
